Dominic Alfano — Licensed Real Estate Broker — is the powerhouse driving Alfano Property Management. Dominic brings a tremendous work ethic to the firm and years of experience in corporate management and real estate. Dominic became a Realtor in 2001 and began managing rental properties in 2008. In 2010, Dominic obtained his broker’s license and founded Alfano Property Management after seeing an opportunity in the industry. Since then, Alfano Property Management has become a leader in our market. As team captain Dominic is focused on investor-owner relations, company management and expansion.
Maria Alfano – Licensed Real Estate Broker — brings to the firm 15 plus years of real estate management experience. From residential sales to commercial management, Maria has experienced the challenges of real estate at varying levels. A native of Puerto Rico, Maria is fluent in Spanish and English and is able to communicate effectively with owners, tenants and vendors. Maria also has a background in interior design which has given her an unmatched talent for project management. Maria is our Director of Operations.
Jeremie Gooch, Office Manager – I recently relocated from Missouri to Florida to be closer to family and pursue my career in Real Estate and Property Management. I managed multiple properties back in Missouri and enjoyed building relationships with tenants. Having worked with different owners and assisting with opening new properties gives me an advantage on how to keep properties up to any owners standard. I always strive to make sure everyone feels like their voices are heard. I enjoy spending time in nature, meeting as many people as possible and spreading positivity. I keep communication as one of my top priorities and taking time to make sure tenants, vendors and owners are kept up to date with maintenance or billing concerns.
Nicolas Mandiola, Property Manager/REALTOR – Nick Mandiola began his real estate career in early 2018 as a REALTOR for Keller Williams in Oviedo, Florida with a desire to invest and work in residential properties. After three years as an agent, Nick met the founder and broker of Alfano Property Management, Dominic Alfano, and began his position as leasing manager while still working as a REALTOR in residential sales.
With a passion for meeting new people, and growing current relationships, he thrives on helping tenants find their desired homes, and helping investors find the right person for their property. Being a tenant most of his life as well, he understands the struggles renters have with their landlords, and appreciates the difficulties landlords have in maintaining and growing their investments. He strives to always bring his best, just as the other team members of Alfano Property Management do!
Lisa Sabo, Property Manager/REALTOR – Lisa was born and raised in New York and spent her adult life as a Florida resident where she raised two exceptional daughters that are today her most prized accomplishment. Following Lisa’s degree in Elementary Education she relocated to Havana, Cuba positioning herself at the US Embassy. Lisa is a proven strong communicator and problem solver, and combined with her strong work ethic guarantees her success.
After relocating to Central Florida, she joined the board of realtors and during her pursuit of helping people find their homes, she met Alfano Property Management. With her personal touch and attention to detail, she creates an atmosphere where everyone feels valued and cared for. Lisa and the team at Alfano Property Management are dedicated to being the best at what they do. Languages-English, Spanish
