Dominic Alfano: My Story
I’ve been a Florida realtor since 2001. The most important lesson that I’ve learned for sure is that every year the market changes. There are always indicators that lead us to believe certain conditions will dictate the future but it can change as fast as a New England winter.
My first big lesson happened a few months after I earned my license to sell real estate. Our country was shocked by the tragedy of 9/11. Business came to a standstill. Like most people I didn’t know what to expect. I got a few calls from people that wanted to move closer to their families. My job was to help them and I found my role in the changing market.
